Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Specialist located in Johar Town. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee records maintenance, processing payroll, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and employee onboarding and offboarding. The specialist will also support the HR team in policy and procedure development, employee relations, providing support for audits and compliance, and assisting in recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in the software development industry is a plus
