Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Communication & Lead Handling

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients.
  • Qualify and convert leads into active opportunities by understanding client needs and offering suitable marketing solutions.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, and packages.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely response and engagement.

Outbound Sales & Business Development

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns, databases, or referrals.
  • Present and pitch Fortune IT Park's marketing, digital, or outsourcing services (such as lead generation, call center support, and virtual staffing).
  • Schedule appointments or demos with interested prospects.
  • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive or old clients to explore new opportunities.

Client Relationship & Reporting

  • Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Document all client communications, leads, and conversions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 6 Month - 1 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing or BPO environment).
  • U.S. campaign or agency experience will be a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident phone presence and positive customer handling attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
  • Ability to understand marketing concepts and explain them to clients effectively.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work onsite during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Target-driven mindset with strong time management and discipline.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional work ethic.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite role at Fortune IT Park office, Lahore.
  • Night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) aligned with U.S. working hours.
  • Professional, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.
