Business Development / Growth Specialist
who's excited to own outbound growth channels, scale new opportunities, and build lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
Run cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Build and manage targeted lead lists
Craft engaging hooks & messaging to book qualified calls
Identify and pitch high-fit opportunities on Upwork
Conduct market research & competitive analysis
Nurture strong, long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitches
Keep our pipeline/CRM organized and effective
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus)
2-3 year of experience in business development, sales, or growth (preferably in tech/agency environment)
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Creative, scrappy, and passionate about driving growth
