Company Description:
Deaf Reach is a pioneering program of Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF) in Pakistan dedicated to creating inclusive education and vocational opportunities for the Deaf community. Deaf Reach empowers thousands of Deaf children and youth across its nationwide network of schools and training centers.
Beyond the classroom, Deaf Reach develops local and digital PSL resources, and advocates for accessibility at the national level, aiming to build a future where Deaf individuals are fully included and valued in society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new corporate collaboration opportunities.
- Developing and presenting tailored CSR proposals to corporates to explore collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with international donors through emails, calls, and messages.
- Managing all aspects of donor communication and follow-ups, ensuring timely, professional, and meaningful engagement.
- Working on donor retention and renewal efforts by sharing project updates, impact stories, and appreciation materials.
- Supporting fundraising and donor engagement campaigns in collaboration with the international fundraising team.
- Coordinating internally to prepare donor materials such as reports, presentations, and updates.
- Identifying new donor opportunities and contributing to strategies that strengthen FESF / Deaf Reach's international donor network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Social Sciences.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in donor management, fundraising, or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo is preferred.
- Required to work certain evening and night hours to align with international time zones.
