Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (AM) Business Excellence, located in the Lahore District. The individual will be responsible for implementing and monitoring business processes to ensure operational efficiency. Daily tasks include analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, supporting project management, and developing strategies to enhance business operations in alignment with company goals. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments to initiate and drive business excellence projects.

  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Previous experience in a business excellence or similar role is a plus
