Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Resource to lead our human resources team, develop strategic HR initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  2. Lead recruitment efforts, talent management, and employee development.

  3. Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance management.

  4. Design and implement training programs.

  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

  6. Analyse HR metrics and recommend improvements.

  7. Collaborate with management on organizational development.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in HR.

  2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  5. Proven track record of improving employee engagement and retention.

Nice to Have:

  1. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR).

  2. Experience with HRIS systems.

  3. Knowledge of organizational development and change management.

Salary:

45,000 to 60,000
