Job Purpose:

  • Assistant Manager of Business Intelligence & Operations for our B2B, postpaid division, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and ensuring the success of our GCSS strategies. You will be responsible for various aspects of Business insights management and will work closely with the BI team, sales, Product owners , Finance . DWH and marketing departments to achieve our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and other visualization tools to provide real-time insights into key business metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements
  • Worked with the DWH team to create and update reports as per business needs.

Function-wise KPI Monitoring & Tracking:

  • Define and track function-specific KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
  • Implement systems and processes for ongoing monitoring and tracking of KPIs.
  • Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.

Business Insights:

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to enhance data accessibility and analysis
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and other visualization tools to provide real-time insights into key business metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Work Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B channel planning, management, or related roles.

Skills – Generic:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven with ability to lead the teams independently without supervision

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
