Job Summary:

The Admissions Processor for the Europe Zone is responsible for managing and coordinating the entire student application process for European universities and colleges. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with institutional and visa requirements while maintaining timely communication with students and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student applications for European universities, ensuring completeness and compliance with admission requirements.
  • Verify academic documents, transcripts, and supporting credentials.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of European universities, programs, and entry requirements.
  • Liaise with university representatives, ensuring timely submission and follow-up of applications.
  • Update CRM/processing systems regularly with accurate applicant information.
  • Can write Sops through self generated content.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in processing.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Manager Admissions Processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with institutional and data protection policies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with European education systems and admission requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in student admissions or educational consultancy (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
