Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Airport, Karachi (On-site)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our U.S.-based clients, ensuring their queries, concerns, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or escalations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain detailed case records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
  • Stay updated with U.S. healthcare industry knowledge and company services.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service or client support experience (international support preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken).
  • Ability to handle high call/chat volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours (night shift).
