Job description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who can professionally handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide product and service information to customers clearly and accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic computer skills
- Fluency in Urdu (both spoken and written preferred)
