Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Human Resources Officer. The HR Officer will oversee and implement HR management practices, develop HR policies, foster meaningful employee relations, and support workforce needs. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing job descriptions, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and collaborating with various departments to maintain an effective and supportive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR Management principles and best practices
  • Experience in Searching and finding the best talents required by the company
  • Help in shortlisting the right candidates for the job
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and Job Description Development
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent skills in managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance is preferred
