About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Officer
to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing assistance in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Assist in performance management processes, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support organizational development projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
