Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer
to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in the tech industry)
  • Bachelor's degree (BBA or related field
    is a must
    )
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, employee relations, and job description development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee engagement
