E-Commerce / Daraz Online Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
E-Commerce / Daraz Online Store Manager
to oversee and manage our online sales operations on
Daraz
as well as our
in-house online store
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Daraz Seller Center, order management, inventory control, and handling returns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management

  2. Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels for both
    Daraz store
    and
    company's own online store
    .

  3. Coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.

  4. Regularly update product listings and availability across all platforms.

  5. Order & Sales Processing

  6. Oversee all
    sales operations
    on Daraz and the company website.

  7. Generate and manage
    invoices
    , ensuring all orders are processed accurately.
  8. Coordinate with courier partners to ensure
    timely delivery
    of products to customers.

  9. Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records.

  10. Returns & Customer Resolution

  11. Manage and verify
    product returns
    and exchanges through Daraz and other sales channels.

  12. Liaise with
    courier services
    to handle return logistics and refunds.

  13. Investigate issues, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth customer experience.

  14. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  15. Prepare regular sales and return reports for management review.

  16. Monitor and optimize store performance metrics on Daraz.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory:
    Proven work experience managing a
    Daraz store
    (Daraz Seller Center expertise).
  • Mandatory:
    Prior experience handling
    returns, courier coordination, and e-commerce operations
    .
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, inventory systems, and customer order cycles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accountability.

Experience:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years
    of experience in
    Daraz
    and
    E-commerce operations
    .
