Pakistan ECOM Specialis Full time 720,000 - 1,440,000 per year

ECOM Specialist LLC is a USA-Dallas-based IBM & SAP Business Partner. The selected candidate will be required to work with Pakistan and US-based staff; working hours are from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am Pakistan Standard Time.

The candidate must not have any other job while he/she is working for ECOM.

You MUST pass a UI/UX test to be considered for any of these open positions.

You will not be allowed to do any other job while you are working for ECOM; it is a must-have requirement.

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a proven track record of creating intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging user interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure design solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality in design solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
