About the Role
We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Account Manager & Lead Generation Specialist to manage our presence across multiple LinkedIn profiles. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of 3 personal profiles and 2 company profiles, ensuring they are consistently optimized, engaging, and driving measurable results.
This role requires a professional who understands the software and technology niche, can create effective lead pipelines, and convert engagement into qualified business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow 3 personal LinkedIn profiles and 2 company profiles
- Execute daily activities including content scheduling, profile optimization, and audience engagement
- Collaborate with the design team (resources provided) to publish visually appealing and professional content
- Build and manage lead generation pipelines to consistently produce qualified leads
- Schedule and organize meetings with potential clients from LinkedIn outreach
- Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Implement strategies for lead retention and relationship nurturing on LinkedIn
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn account management, lead generation, or B2B marketing
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithms, Sales Navigator, and outreach strategies
- Ability to create and manage structured lead pipelines for long-term growth
- Familiarity with the software/IT services niche and ability to communicate with professionals in this space
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and result-driven
- Must be available onsite in Saddar, Rawalpindi (5 days a week)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn automation tools
- Background in managing LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or software agency environments
