Position Overview:

ABS International seeks ambitious sales professionals for international B2B sales roles with exceptional earning potential. Join our Karachi center as a Sales Specialist serving global markets through our 2025 expansion initiative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for North American B2B markets
  • Negotiate and secure premium contracts with international clients
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management with 3:1 volume ratio
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and growth
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics for both sales targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of international sales, BPO, or client acquisition experience
  • Professional English fluency at C1/C2 level (verbal and written communication)
  • Documented history of sales quota achievement and performance excellence
  • Monday to Saturday night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 per month (fixed)
  • Uncapped Commission: Top performers earn PKR 90,000+ monthly commission
  • Total Typical Monthly Earnings: PKR 140,000 - PKR 160,000 (based on performance)
