Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end customer solutions through phone support for international clients
  • Build customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction metrics
  • Identify sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling during service interactions
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics for both service and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation with 90%+ accuracy compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective solution strategies
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional service experiences

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of international customer service experience (BPO/call center background preferred)
  • Professional English communication skills (verbal and written) at C1 level or equivalent
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Availability for night shift schedules (multiple options available)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or Zendesk experience ideal)
  • Sales aptitude and willingness to learn sales techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 45,000 - PKR 50,000 per month
  • Performance Bonuses: PKR 18,000 - PKR 25,000+ monthly based on achievable metrics
