About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and making recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls. Responsibilities also include maintaining the risk management framework and supporting the business in completing risk assessments, implementing the internal control framework, assisting Group Internal Controls and Internal Audit teams, and tracking audit findings. The position reports to Director Finance.

The role involves conducting planned and ad-hoc reviews, analyzing business functions, and coordinating with departments on control and fraud-related matters. The incumbent will manage central reporting to Group Finance, lead self-assessments activities, and digitization of financial records. They will also be responsible for preparing and updating finance process manuals.

About You

The candidate should be a:


•    CA Finalist / ACCA / CIMA qualified / MBA Finance 


•    Demonstrate accounting and Controls knowledge 


•    Practical knowledge of internal control systems and procedures. Work in Compliance will be an added advantage 


•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a history of working with internal and external customers.


•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience 


•    Proficiency in MS Office with excellence in MS Excel and working experience of SAP / Oracle
