young, sharp, and capable Finance & Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Operations Manager, located in DHA, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and a keen eye for detail. This role involves reviewing and auditing accounts before presentation to management, ensuring financial discipline across all units, and acting as a liaison between leadership and business teams. He/she will play a key role in driving clarity, accountability, and efficiency across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit financial statements and management reports from all business units.
  • Liaise with internal teams, accountants, and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.
  • Ensure compliance and financial accuracy across all entities.
  • Oversee group operations, tracking progress and following up on key deliverables.
  • Prepare concise updates, summaries, and reports for senior management.
  • Support leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • CA Inter, ACCA, or CMA
     candidates preferred; 
    MBA (Finance)
     graduates with strong accounting and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Urdu – written and spoken.
  • Strong command of Excel and accounting software, with working knowledge of PowerPoint, project management, and reporting tools like Power BI would be preferred.
