Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive
Senior Finance Executive
to support financial operations, reporting, and audit processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing
financial data, performing reconciliations, and coordinating
with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy. This role also includes handling
client remittance accounts, conducting inventory audits, and participating in warehouse audits
to ensure compliance and data integrity. You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including
    P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow
    statements.
  • Handle
    remittance account reconciliation
    and ensure timely and accurate posting of client payments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Conduct
    inventory audits
    for clients to verify stock levels, ensure accurate reporting, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Participate in warehouse audits to ensure operational compliance, verify stock integrity, and support financial controls.
  • Monitor and track key financial KPIs to assess performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records across all transactions.
  • Support
    month-end and year-end
    closing
    activities.
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams, including warehouse and supply chain teams
    , to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Liaise with
    external auditors, banks, vendors, and partners
    as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal controls, reporting accuracy, and financial workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
  • Proven experience with
    remittance account handling and financial reconciliations
    .
  • Exposure to
    inventory and warehouse audits
    is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    ; experience with
    accounting/ERP softwares
    (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance standards.
  • Effective communication
    skills and ability to work across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
