Description
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of footwear materials, soles, outsoles, and constructions.
  • Prepare and analyze costing breakups for materials.
  • Oversee sample development and approvals.
  • Manage the quality inspection process with vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Merchandising, Planning, and Accounts.
  • Handle vendor invoices and support timely payments.
Qualification

Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of footwear materials and costing.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience

3–5 years' experience in sourcing preferably in retail or fast fashion industry.
