Pakistan Personal Care is a €130m business and commands the market leader position in cleansing space. Strategically critical for PTAB PC, it operates with 3 strong brands (Dove, Lux and Lifebuoy), 2 of which are power brands for Unilever globally. Building on its strong legacy of cleansing bars, Pakistan PC is growing into more premium spaces accelerating its footprint in liquids market, while at the same time playing the role of market development by driving consumer consumption from bars to liquids. The business today is supported by one of the most efficient PC factories globally, ensuring the cost superiority and SC agility needed to stay competitive in the market. With its large consumer base and strong market position, PC Pakistan is the 3rd biggest market in PTAB region and holds clear strategic importance for the region.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Pakistan Personal Care General Manager oversees the Personal Care categories across the countries, including:

• Leads Personal Care business across respective countries (e.g. set targets, make trade off decisions, find synergies & navigates uncertainty, etc.)
• Translates Category Strategy into BU Country Strategy; Effectively engages and drives strategic growth with key Channels & Retailers
• Defines customer & channel targets and leads execution
• Fully owns in-year BU P&L performance in country.
• Defines local portfolio strategy, driving portfolio transformation initiatives. Anticipates the future, including new thinking for breakthrough business models, leads demand creation and market development
• Manages S&OP process in Country for BU
• Owns F4G, NRM, Simplification, 5S programmes driving profitability & simplification in respective countries
• Owns Overheads budget and ensures its delivery.
• Owner of the people agenda, guardian of culture and leader of transformation
• Critical member of the PTAB PC BU Leadersip Team
• Connects BU GM & Country teams.
• Brings insights from consumers, shoppers and competitors into decision making
• Drives upskilling of the organization in digital, social first marketing, digital commerce and (elevated) premiumization, by being a humble learner
• Is part of TU Compass Leadership Team drives Power of One initiatives and contributes to the overall country agenda
