Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Cosmetic, Personal Care & Home Care, located in Karāchi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes preparing business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance market presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of the Cosmetic, Personal Care, and Home Care industry
  • Strong market research and analysis skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Proficiency in preparing business plans and reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the chemical industry is mandatory .
