Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Lahore. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel arrangements, processing reservations, and ensuring all travel needs are met. Daily tasks include booking flights, arranging accommodations, providing customer service, and tailoring travel packages to fit client preferences and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
  • Experience in handling Reservations and processing bookings
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations and best practices
  • Experience with Umrah or religious travel agencies is a plus
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and systems
