Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Travel Agent to join our team. The role involves supporting clients with travel arrangements, handling bookings, and assisting the senior travel consultant in providing excellent service to travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with flight, hotel, and tour bookings.
  • Provide accurate information on travel requirements such as visas, insurance, and itineraries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and promotions.
  • Support in preparing travel documents, dummy bookings, and confirmations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on post-travel feedback.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in travel/tourism or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of GDS/online booking platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client needs under pressure.
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
