About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (1 to 2 Years Experience)
who is skilled in
LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing
to help grow our client base and build strong relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage outreach campaigns, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles and send personalized messages to prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Create and manage cold email campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Lemlist.
- Write engaging email content to boost responses and conversions.
- Maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior management.
- Conduct market research to find new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for aligned outreach.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in
Business Development

Lead Generation
, or
Email/LinkedIn Marketing
. - Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator

email outreach tools

CRM systems
. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to research, identify, and engage decision-makers across various industries.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with IT services, digital marketing, or SaaS industry (preferred).
