  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients on behalf of the company & build strong professional relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with international/local clients via email, calls, and other platforms on behalf of the company.
  • Share clients with timely and relevant company information, proposals, and updates to ensure mutual benefits. Analyse client inquiries and requirements to provide appropriate responses or escalate themto relevant departments.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to support long-term collaboration.
  • Pursue follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth workflows and project progress.
  • Act as a liaison between Sr. Management, internal teams and clients to achieve collective organizational goals.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional communication materials (emails, reports, presentations).
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and client interactions & Support management in preparing communication strategies and reports.
  • Facilitate and ensure the process of group/company participation in international/local exhibitions, fairs, workshops & conferences etc., laise with the organisers from start to finish with all possible communication mediums.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs160,000.00 per month
