Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job postings.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring activities.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws.
  • Support HR team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or HR (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for an international company.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
