About Position:

we want Operations Specialist or Team leader in Social Media Management Company with an organization size of 50+ employees. Own and manage work distribution between editors, social media managers and content writers to ensure all client work is delivered in a timely manner.

Job Role (Main Duties)

Operational Planning & Workflow Management:

  • Own and manage work distribution between editors, social media managers and content writers to ensure all client work is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline post production processes and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Build, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for social content planning, review cycles, and publishing systems to optimize efficiency.

Project & Client Delivery Coordination:

  • Own high-level content calendars and publishing pipelines across key platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts etc.
  • Ensure all team members are adhering to strict quality control procedures before providing work to clients
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics dashboards, and team-generated reports to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Oversee client communication is being performed to a high standard and ensure no client messages are missed or unanswered by the team.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of content and social media managers/Podcast Manager, video editors and content writers.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal challenges related to timelines, quality, or client expectations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes accountability and excellence.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to CEO and ensure that any major issues are escalated appropriately.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in specific leadership role at a social media firm, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing at least members of staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Social media management, SEO, and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Job Role Secondary:

  • He/She will perform the quality checks of our deliverables, ensuring our Social Media content is flawless and aligns with our brand standards. This isn't just about catching errors; it's about upholding our reputation for excellence with every single piece of content we produce.
  • Occasionally leverage the expertise to provide strategic input on content rollout plans. This involves analyzing client goals and platform analytics to ensure we are maximizing our reach and impact with every publication.
  • By analyzing operational data, uncover hidden opportunities for our clients and our team. This includes identifying new content formats or platforms we should be exploring to stay ahead of the curve.

Other Details:

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Timings: 10:00 am 6:00 pm

Work Days: Monday - Friday (2 days Remote)

Work Mode: Full Time
