About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will focus on generating qualified leads for our design services (UI/UX, graphic design, branding, digital design, etc.) through multiple online platforms and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads for design services through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Bark and other platforms.
  • Research potential clients, industries, and markets to target prospects effectively.
  • Reach out to prospects via email campaigns, social media, and other outreach methods.
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) with accurate information.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
  • Track performance metrics and report weekly on lead generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the design/digital/creative industry.
  • Strong knowledge of freelancing and B2B platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to research, identify, and connect with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of design services (UI/UX, graphic design, branding, etc.) will be a plus.
