BILLING OFFICER/ CASHIER

Job Description

· Collect Cash and or credit card from inpatient and outpatient visitors, attendants, patients and or staff.

· Greets clients to maintain a pleasant environment and enhance client experience.

· Ensure that revenue collected should be entered into cashier module at proper options.

· Deal with patients, visitors and or attendants in a professional manner by being courteous and caring; so as to ensure an overall positive impact.

· Ensure that all revenue collected during the day should be reconciled with the cashier report and physical cash available, and to be deposited with the Cashier Supervisor.

· Respond the Queries pertaining to Entitlement for services at BHY Hospital Policies.

· All un-reconciled cash either excess or shortage to be reported to the supervisor.

· Any other work assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Candidate should hold at least a Inter/Bachelor's degree with 01-02 years of related work experience.

· Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.

· Good communications and interpersonal skills.
