Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong
Executive – Presales
to join our
SME Business Solutions Team
. The ideal candidate will act as a
solution consultant
for SME Business customers, with expertise in
fixed-line connectivity solutions, ICT, and cloud services
. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong communication skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and design tailored solutions that add value to their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with SME/Enterprise customers to understand business requirements and propose end-to-end ICT & connectivity solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations on:
- Fixed-line products
: SD-WAN, MPLS, CIR, DPLC, IPLC - Cloud solutions & data center services
- Cybersecurity solutions
including Firewalls & Threat Management - Work closely with the sales team to design cost-effective solutions, prepare technical proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Act as a
solution designer
bridging customer requirements with internal product/engineering teams. - Stay updated on latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Provide pre-sales technical support during customer visits, meetings, and workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
(Master's preferred). - 2–4 years
of experience in Presales / Solution Designing in ICT or Telecom industry. - Hands-on knowledge of:
- Fixed-line solutions (SD-WAN, MPLS, CIR, DPLC, IPLC)
- Cloud (Public/Private/Hybrid) & Data Center services
- Cybersecurity tools (Firewalls, Threat Management, VPNs)
- Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with cross-functional teams.
- Vendor certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage.
