Ce que nous faisons

Notre entité Bâtiments et Ouvrages Complexes pilote des projets techniques à haute valeur ajoutée en génie climatique et plomberie, partout en France. Nous sommes particulièrement présents dans le secteur hospitalier, avec des projets en conception-réalisation qui mêlent innovation, exigence technique et gestion fine des interfaces.

Ce que vous ferez

Aux côtés des Directeurs de Projet, vous devenez la vigie contractuelle et opérationnelle de l'affaire.

Analyser et sécuriser les contrats : vous identifiez les clauses clés, pilotez les avenants, alertez en cas de risque et proposez des actions correctives.

Anticiper les écarts, valoriser nos droits : vous suivez les dérives (coûts, délais, planning), structurez les claims et défendez la position d'EQUANS auprès des clients et partenaires.

Donner de la visibilité : vous exploitez les données projet (Excel, KPI, visualisation) pour appuyer vos analyses et alimenter le reporting.

Fédérer les équipes : vous sensibilisez les opérationnels aux enjeux contractuels et accompagnez la structuration des actions à mener.

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5)

  • Expérience : >5 ans en gestion de projets, affaires ou pilotage technique (bâtiment, CVC, industrie…)

  • Compétences :

    • Appétence pour le juridique et les chiffres

    • Bonne connaissance des contrats (privés ou publics)

    • Goût du dialogue, capacité à convaincre, esprit de synthèse

    • Maîtrise d'Excel et outils de visualisation appréciée
