We are looking for a talented Meta and Google Ads Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both platforms, a data-driven mindset, and a knack for creative problem-solving.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Campaign Management:* Create, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs and ROI.

  • *Strategy Development:* Develop and implement effective advertising strategies tailored to our brand's objectives and target audience.

  • *Analytics & Reporting:* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • *Budget Management:* Oversee ad spend and ensure campaigns are within budget while maximizing performance.

  • *A/B Testing:* Design and execute A/B tests to refine ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting.

  • *Market Research:* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising on Meta and Google platforms.

  • *Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

*Requirements:*

  • *Experience:* Proven experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of driving measurable results.

  • *Certifications:* Google Ads certification and Meta Ads certification are highly desirable.

  • *Skills:* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, and other relevant tools.

  • *Analytical Abilities:* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • *Creativity:* Ability to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.

  • *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • *Detail-Oriented:* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS, or a related field.

  • Experience with other digital marketing channels and tools.

  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
