We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Python/AI Engineer
with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing AI-driven applications and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, machine learning, and AI frameworks, with a passion for solving complex problems through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and reusable Python code for data processing, automation, and AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization for improved performance.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
  • Develop APIs and services for model deployment in production environments.
  • Monitor, test, and maintain deployed models to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend their adoption when beneficial.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Python programming and AI/ML model development.
  • Strong understanding of
    machine learning algorithms

    (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with
    NLP

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
