About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Credit Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and credit evaluation to join our growing Business Origination team. In this role, you will work closely with our  Business Origination team to evaluate financing requests. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our financing activities ensuring we back the right deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate all relevant information that will inform credit and deal evaluation.
  • Conduct financial due diligence including in-depth analysis of data supplied by potential customers and understanding relevant real estate market conditions.
  • Draft findings in the form of credit papers with preliminary conclusions regarding credit decision.
  • Support the Business Origination team to draft financing term sheets.
  • Support cross-functional working with operations team to ensure processes align with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of data or financial analysis experience, preferably in fintech, financing, or investment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Product suite, in particular Excel.
  • Strong foundation in credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Familiarity with UK property-backed lending and credit risk evaluation is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
