Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for an AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models, analyzing large datasets, building and optimizing machine learning algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions. Day-to-day tasks also include improving existing AI models, staying updated with the latest AI trends, and ensuring the performance of AI systems aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

1-Expertise in
Pattern Recognition

Neural Networks
, with a strong foundation in designing and optimizing deep learning models.

2-Solid background in
Computer Science
and
Software Development
, with hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.

3-Proficient in
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
, including text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and large language model integration.

4-Experienced with
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
architectures for enhancing language model performance using external knowledge bases.

5-In-depth understanding of
AI/ML frameworks and libraries
such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.

6-Familiarity with major
cloud platforms
(AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including deployment of ML models using managed services and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

7-Strong
problem-solving
and
analytical skills

8-Available to
work onsite in Lahore
