About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Level 1 help desk support including password resets, account setups, and user access requests.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
  • Shadow and support IT staff during system maintenance, hardware installations, and software deployments.
  • Help maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.
  • Participate in the resolution of Tier 1 help desk tickets; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Learn and assist with the setup and configuration of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Support implementation of IT security practices and routine data backups.
  • Monitor system performance and report irregularities.
  • Gain exposure to enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management solutions.

You're a Good Fit If You Have
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or in final year) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
  • Some troubleshooting experience is a plus but not required — we are prepared to train and develop your skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365; knowledge of MacOS or Linux is a bonus.
  • A strong desire to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to ask questions.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to build a career in IT support or systems administration.
