About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to manage client accounts, monitor financial transactions, and support the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting financial services when applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of client accounts
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and resolve account discrepancies
  • Support the preparation of budgets, audits, and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
