We are looking for an experienced Shopify Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Shopify, a deep understanding of eCommerce strategy, and the ability to improve user experience and drive online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop, design, and optimize store layout, product pages, and checkout flow for maximum conversions.
  • Upload and manage product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory.
  • Implement and manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools for marketing, analytics, and performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and SEO strategies.
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with developers when necessary.
  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and ensure product descriptions, visuals, and messaging are aligned.
  • Manage A/B testing, landing page optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Stay updated on Shopify updates, new features, and eCommerce best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling Shopify stores (2–3 years minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Liquid, HTML/CSS, and third-party app integrations.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and performance tracking tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, paid media campaigns, and email marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
