Location: New Karachi industrial area.

Ryze is a premium clothing brand dedicated to creating high-quality, minimalist western wear for men and women. With a strong focus on comfort, clean design, and exceptional customer experience, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative at Ryze, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to manage queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth shopping experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatches.
  • Manage exchanges, returns, and refunds in line with company policies.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Ensure customers feel valued and supported at every touchpoint.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Urdu & English).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer service (mandatory).
