Responsibilities (You'll Learn to Do These):

* Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat.

* Assist in confirming and tracking orders daily.

* Learn how to handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries with empathy.

* Maintain basic order and customer records.

* Report customer feedback and common issues to the senior team.

* Support in after-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements (No Experience Needed):

* Fresh graduate or student (any discipline welcome).

* Good communication skills in English & Urdu.

* Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.

* Basic computer knowledge (typing, using WhatsApp Web, Excel/Sheets).

* Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to work in a team.
