Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily sales operations and consumer outreach.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
  • Support the sales team in promoting products and services.
  • Handle basic customer queries professionally.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and field activities (if required).
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or student (Business, Marketing, Sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
