Bidding Specialist
to join and manage our Upwork profiles. The ideal candidate will ensure our profiles remain competitive, up-to-date with industry trends, and aligned with our business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to accurately represent our services, craft compelling proposals, and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the
    Upwork profile
    , consistently updating and aligning with evolving market trends.
  • Engage with potential clients by responding to inquiries and handling proposal submissions professionally and strategically.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to accurately reflect our services and capabilities on the platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Upwork ranking and visibility, driving new business opportunities.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization.
  • Proven ability to write tailored and compelling proposals that effectively address client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Timings & Location:

  • Shift 1: 3 PM - 12 AM
  • Shift 2: 6 PM - 3 AM
  • DHA, Phase 6, Karachi
