We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Manager Audit – FICO
to join our textile manufacturing group. The ideal candidate must be CA Qualified, CA Finalist, ACA, ACMA, or CMA with a strong background in
financial and cost audits
, especially within the
textile industry
. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and supporting the SAP FICO module-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee financial and operational audits across departments.
  • Evaluate internal controls, accounting, and auditing systems.
  • Lead audits in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Analyze SAP FICO data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with finance, costing, and IT teams to resolve audit issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and audit functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA Qualified, CA Finalist, ACA, ACMA, or CMA
    is mandatory.
  • 3 to 4 years of
    relevant audit experience
    , preferably in the
    textile industry
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP FICO
    module.
  • Strong knowledge of
    internal controls
    ,

    .
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines effectively.
