Travel Consultant (b2c sales)

  • Be the point of contact for individual clients and families planning their Umrah journey. Your role is to build trust, guide them through their options, and ensure they are looked after from booking to return.

  • Strong follow-up and sales closing ability.
  • Ability to maintain notes on client preferences and last discussions.

Education Qualification

:

BBA / BS / B.Com (Sales)

Work Experience

: 0 - 2 year | Background in Umrah Field Preferred 

Other Requirements

: Residence near office preferred - Karachi.

Detailed Routine :

  1. Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries about Umrah packages
  2. Understand client needs and propose suitable packages, hotels, and transport options
  3. Follow up regularly and document each conversation
  4. Coordinate with reservations and visa teams once booking is confirmed
  5. Maintain professional and warm communication even during follow-ups
  6. Stay updated on hotel categories, room types, and seasonal rates
