We are expanding our outreach and looking for professional Cold Callers to connect with potential clients, carriers, and partners in the USA to grow our business.

Job Description:

The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses in the USA, introducing Helprix's trucking and logistics services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the trucking industry in the USA, and experience in cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses, freight brokers, and carriers to promote Helprix's trucking services.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients who need freight transportation and logistics support.
  • Provide information about Helprix's service offerings, including freight rates, routes, and scheduling.
  • Document all call activities and lead details in the CRM system accurately.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and qualified leads generated.
  • Handle client objections and questions professionally, converting calls into potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Follow up on warm leads and assist in maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least
    1 year of cold calling experience
    in the USA market, preferably in trucking, logistics, or related B2B sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good understanding of the USA trucking industry, freight terminology, and logistics processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time) aligned with US business hours.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Persistent, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
