Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce and promote teksoar.'s services, identifying leads, and scheduling appointments for further discussions. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating client databases, following up with prospects, handling inquiries, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve outreach goals. The candidate will play a critical role in building relationships with prospective customers and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, or IT solutions
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
