Techsaur is hiring a Cold Caller for its Bahadurabad office. Your role will be to call potential US-based clients, introduce our services, book appointments, and follow up regularly.

You must be fluent in English, confident on calls, and experienced working night shifts aligned with the US time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients based in the US
  • Clearly communicate our services and offerings
  • Follow call scripts and adapt to different conversation flows
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
  • Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing for US-based clients
  • Must have worked in the US time zone
  • Minimum education: A-Levels or College graduate
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and target-driven
